AWL is an automatic laser welder designed for repairing small molds, and precision welding of small medical and industrial components. Equipped with a motorized three-axis (X-Y-Z) table controlled via joystick, it offers precision and accuracy in welding, even in hard-to-reach areas. Available with CNC/ G-CODE programmable option and rotary axis for tubular welds.

AWL is our pedestal laser welder available with manual or CNC programmable motion - ideal for small parts weldings such as component assembly, medical devices, guidewires, battery tabs, thermocouples, small mold repair and many other micro welding applications.

The motorized three-axis table can be controlled by joystick or CNC programs. The machine features an open welding chamber which is convenient for odd shaped or long parts, and an integrated webcam displaying the operation directly on the 7" LCD screen. Wi-Fi connectivity enables remote parameter setting, while USB and HDMI connections are available as optional extras.

The CNC version with G-CODE and teach mode allows programming and automatic execution of welding paths, ideal for industrial production requiring high repeatability and accuracy. Inert gas delivery provides oxidation free welds with smooth weld beads.
