The Mega 9.0 is a laser welding system designed for high-volume production. Designed for intensive use, it features an integrated cooling system and a large welding chamber, making it perfect for industrial environments and jewelry manufacturing facilities with high production demands.

The Mega 9.0 is a laser welding machine designed for high-volume production. The supporting stand houses a generous cooling system, while the core of the machine features a dual-lamp, single-rod laser with enhanced PFC.

It delivers high peak power, stable shots at high frequencies, and high average power (150 W laser). Thanks to the innovative SMSP technology and Gaussian Smooth Spot, it ensures a uniform energy distribution on the welding area.

The large welding chamber with a lower opening allows for the processing of bulky and large-sized pieces, offering maximum flexibility in industrial environments. The 7” color touchscreen, paired with an integrated camera, allows for precise control and real-time visualization of welding operations.
