Designed for intensive production environments, the Luxmark W72 is an industrial laser system that autonomously manages up to 72 pallets. With advanced automation options, including a robotic arm, it guarantees speed, precision, and continuity in marking and micro-cutting of components.

Luxmark W72 is the most advanced solution in the series for large-scale automated laser processes. Its integrated system enables the handling, lifting, and precise positioning of 72 pallets measuring 300×300 mm, making it ideal for serial production requiring repeatability and operational continuity.

The system architecture allows continuous operation on a large number of components, optimizing production times. Each pallet is managed automatically: the system picks it up, positions it under the laser, processes it, and repositions the finished piece.

One of the most strategic options available for Luxmark W72 is multi axes robotic arm, which can handle loading and unloading of pallets, components, or semi-finished products, raising the automation level to Industry 4.0 standards.

The system is compatible with various laser sources (fiber, MOPA, UV, GREEN), and can be configured for complex processes such as deep engraving, high-precision micro-cutting, and three-dimensional marking.

The 2.5D software allows marking on flat and curved pieces. The dedicated software automatically creates the sections (layers) set by the operator.
