Combo 200 is the Elettrolaser laser system designed to offer maximum flexibility in welding molds and large industrial parts. Perfect for working on oversized objects in awkward weld positions, without having to move the workpiece.

Combo 200 is Elettrolaser’s solution for laser welding large bulky components under complex operating conditions. It allows easy access to any weld areas on large awkward plastic injection molds or other industrial parts.

Designed for the mold industry, automotive, mechanical, and aerospace sectors, the Combo 200 can weld inclined surfaces, internal areas, or irregular geometries thanks to the two-axis orientable head (tilt and rotation) and and the self-supporting arm with manual movement.

Equipped with a dual resonator Nd:Ce:YAG laser source, it offers peak power up to 15 kW and 7” touch screen interface. The system is built with industrial-grade components, built to withstand intensive workloads and ensure consistent welding quality.
